LAKE NORMAN, NC WATERFRONT HOMES FOR SALE

Cornelius, NC Waterfront Homes for Sale - Good Taxes, Great Schools, Great location to everything ~ 20 mins to Charlotte (close to I77).

Huntersville, NC Waterfront Homes for Sale - Not many WF Homes, Large Town spreading East to West, Full amenities, ~ 25 mins to Charlotte.

Denver, NC Waterfront Homes for Sale - West side of LKN.  Growing Amenities, lots of older WF Homes (manufactured), but many new Subdivisions, Good Schools, Lower Taxes, ~30 - 40 mins to Charlotte (depends on location).

Sherrills Ford, NC Waterfront Homes for Sale & Terrell, NC Waterfront Homes for Sale - NW Tip.  Lots of older WF Homes (manufactured), No local Amenities, Lower Taxes, ~ 45 - 60 mins to Charlotte.
